Cerita...a Pair of lover and hemorrhoid

In the garden there is a pair of lovers are making out.

The girl with the spoiled complained : "Ooouuw.., my teeth is handled sick!. 

The guy directly kiss his lips. "Is it still hurt?" Ask the guy. "Oh ... no pain anymore.."

Then that girl with the spoiled complaining again. "..Oops, my neck hurts". 
Directly the guy kisses her neck. "Still ill?". "Woow ..., not pain anymore", the girls reply.
In addition of them there is a grandmother was standing with amazement and impatiently asks:
"Young man, you were superb and miracles. Can you heal my hemorrhoid.?"
